Registration Policy for School Year Camp
Registration will remain open until the program is full based on our staffing and availability. This will help us to maintain a safe camper-to-counselor ratio as well as to plan accordingly. If a program is full, please utilize the waitlist.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy for School Year Camp
Refunds of camp fees will be granted, less the Administrative Fee of $25/day, only if Camp Shalom is notified of withdrawal in writing no less than two weeks prior to the camp start date. Cancellation requests made within two weeks of the camp starting are not eligible for refund or credit. No refunds or credits are given for illnesses, travel/vacation or any other absences from camp. Unused days cannot be refunded or substituted with additional camp days.

Please note, in order to receive member pricing on school year camps, your child must be a JCC member at the time of signup AND during the time they are attending camp.
