Coding isn't the only skill you need to be a computer scientist or software engineer; we need to help students develop their computational thinking skills, which is how students will break down problems and solve them! Students explore command blocks, learn how to set goals, and work through the details of more complex designs while learning how to build creatively. Students are willing to experiment because they know that there's no one correct answer. As a result, they feel encouraged to think outside the box and come up with solutions on their own which is one of the most critical skills they can build before going into high school! Course includes a $30.00 materials fee. Class Dates: 3/14, 3/21, 3/28, 4/18, 4/25, 5/2
